2. National registers of every EU member state — queried directly.
3. Swissreg — Swiss national marks.
4. UKIPO — UK national marks.
5. WIPO/Madrid — international registrations (Madrid System ~130 member states), queried via the WO office filter of TMview.
6. USPTO — US trademark register, queried directly via tmsearch.uspto.gov. Opt-in in the filter card.

Verdict semantics

1. Clear. No relevant hits in identical or adjacent classes. Phonetic and visual distance above threshold.
2. Watch. Partial overlap, inactive mark, close phonetic match. Requires manual review.
3. Conflict. Active mark in an identical class with high similarity. The file recommends against filing.

What the file contains

1. Hit list with register ID, class, status, owner, priority date.
