What are Marqio tokens?

Marqio tokens are the accounting unit for every action in the system: naming, clearance, domain check, logo iteration, dossier downloads. 1 token equals 1 cent at standard rate.

When do tokens expire?

Tokens from one-time purchases expire 12 months after purchase. They do not expire while a subscription is active.

What happens when I cancel a subscription?

Your existing balance is preserved and expires 12 months after the last cycle. No payout.

How do tokens aggregate in a subscription?

Every cycle credits the pack tokens to your balance. Unused tokens accumulate — twelve months on Founder without spending leaves you 60,000 tokens.

Refund on technical failures?

If a provider lookup or generation fails server-side, the hold is released — your balance stays untouched. Visible debits only happen on successful actions.

VAT, sales tax, reverse charge?

All prices are net in EUR. The Stripe checkout adds the applicable VAT: 19% German VAT for customers in Germany, the local VAT rate for private buyers in other EU countries. Business customers with a valid EU VAT ID outside Germany are billed via reverse charge — 0% VAT on the invoice, you account for the tax in your own country. Customers outside the EU are also billed at 0% VAT.
