Pricing questions
- What is free, what is paid?
- Finding names, the domain check and the trademark quick check are free. You only pay for the full clearance — a one-off flat price.
- How does the purchase work?
- The purchase credits your balance with the exact cost of the clearance; the run debits it. Every entry is visible under Billing, every invoice comes from Stripe.
- What about the right of withdrawal?
- The clearance starts immediately if you wish. For that you expressly consent at checkout that Marqio begins before the withdrawal period ends — once fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires (§ 356(4) German Civil Code).
- I still have token credit from the old model.
- Existing credit is preserved and carried 1:1 in euros (1 token = 1 cent). It is applied automatically to clearances.
- Gross or net?
- Founder prices are final prices incl. VAT. Firm subscriptions are quoted net. Every invoice itemises VAT.
- Is the full clearance legal advice?
- No. Every report carries the notice Screening · Not Legal Advice. For legal assessment and filing you work with a law firm.
