Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Shio Ventures GmbH, Straßburger Straße 55, 10405 Berlin, email hello@marqio.ai — by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
Lapse of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For contracts on the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal lapses if we have begun performance after you have expressly consented to performance starting before the end of the withdrawal period and you have acknowledged that, by your consent, you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

- Founder/Counsel/Enterprise checkout: opt-in checkbox "I consent that Marqio begins performance immediately and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the first run starts." The checkbox is mandatory and not pre-selected.
- Documentation in the audit log (hash chain, timestamp, IP).
