Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Shio Ventures GmbH, Straßburger Straße 55, 10405 Berlin, email hello@marqio.ai — by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
Lapse of the right of withdrawal for services
The full clearance is a service. Your right of withdrawal lapses once we have fully performed the service, provided you expressly requested that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance (§ 356(4) BGB). Until the clearance run has been fully performed, your right of withdrawal remains in place.
