  1. Scope is EU + CH + UK + WIPO/Madrid + USPTO (US). Outside this area Marqio is not applied.
  2. Marqio delivers screenings, not full-availability searches. Counsel validation remains necessary.
  3. Brand watch (ongoing monitoring after filing) is not included in the MVP.
  4. No Madrid Protocol submission via Marqio — only preparation of the filing dossier.
