Limitations of Marqio (named on every Compare page)
- Scope is EU + CH + UK + WIPO/Madrid + USPTO (US). Outside this area Marqio is not applied.
- Marqio delivers screenings, not full-availability searches. Counsel validation remains necessary.
- Brand watch (ongoing monitoring after filing) is not included in the MVP.
- No Madrid Protocol submission via Marqio — only preparation of the filing dossier.
